Data we collect
When you submit a business enquiry through the contact form, we collect the information you enter:
- full name;
- company name;
- email address and optional phone number;
- selected service and message content.
The server may automatically record limited technical data needed for website security and operation, such as IP address, request time, browser type and requested page.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
We use contact form data to respond to your request, direct it to the appropriate team, prepare a quote and continue business communication.
Processing is based on your request to take steps before a potential business relationship, on compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, on a legally recognised interest in secure website operation and the protection of business communication.
We do not use information submitted through the form to send marketing messages without a separate basis or your prior consent.
Data recipients, retention and protection
Only authorised employees who need the data to handle enquiries have access. To the extent necessary, hosting, email, technical maintenance and content delivery network providers may process it, subject to appropriate protection requirements.
Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data or provide it to others for their independent marketing purposes.
We retain enquiries only for as long as needed for communication, preparation and fulfilment of cooperation, or longer where required by legal obligations or the protection of legal interests. Once the purpose ends, data is deleted or securely anonymised.
Cookies and technical services
The website remembers your chosen language using the ntc_language cookie, which lasts for one year. This cookie is used only for your language preference.
The website uses a temporary session cookie to protect the contact form and ensure proper session operation. This cookie is not intended for advertising or tracking user behaviour.
Styles, icons, fonts and interactive components are loaded from this website.
The home and contact pages contain an embedded Google map. On the tracking page, OpenStreetMap loads automatically when a location is available. The map provider may receive your IP address, standard browser information and data about the area shown on the map.
To protect the contact form against repeated submissions, a hash of the IP address and attempt times are stored temporarily. Entries expire after 15 minutes and are removed during subsequent processing; they contain no message or contact details.
The website currently does not use cookies for profiling, personalised advertising or web analytics.
Your rights
Under Montenegro’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information on whether we process your data, access to that data, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion where processing is not lawful.
